All Sales Final

At Crown & Covenant, every fragrance is crafted with intention and care. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Discretionary Refunds While we maintain an all-sales-final policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe your situation warrants review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Crown & Covenant.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
